Dear Ms. Mercado:
I am inquiring about some of the hotel and convention services available at your establishment.
Vortex Enterprises plans to host a four day sales convention/ vacation to thank our employees.
We are looking for some specific information regarding the features and services of Paris Las Vegas Hotel.
-We will require 75 rooms with a view of the Strip for four days.
-We plan on using conference rooms for one and half days.
-What other features are included with the use of the conference rooms?
-Will there be banquet hall space available for 140 people?
-We would like to know what entertainment is scheduled at Paris Las Vegas Hotel as well as what entertainment is available for families.
-The possible dates for this event are July 8-12 or August 18-22.
Answers to these questions would be extremely helpful and any information that you can provide would be much appreciated. An expediant response will help us choose the destination for our event. I would like to thank you in advance for responding by April 1 2009.

I think that it is kind of odd that you posted questions in your bullets when you are stating what you need as well. I think that the questions should be seperated and better organized than all together.
